Within the UK orders over £25.00 - Free postage and package

Our aim is to ship out orders within 48 hrs of cleared funds (not including weekends and bank holidays) delays may happen during busy periods IE Christmas and Halloween.Most deliveries are sent via royal mail and may require a signature.You will receive conformation of your order by email.No guarantee of delivery times due to Royal Mail not being under our control.A card will be left if you were out when they try to deliver. All goods will remain at your local depot for a period of 7 days if after this period we receive the parcel back you will be asked for the postage fee to be paid again for us to dispatch your goods.

Returns & refunds If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of purchase unworn in the original packaging ( This excludes hygiene related products ) and with tags or header we will only refund item cost not p&p . fancy dress with free delivery will have £2.95 admin charge deducted No refund will be given if found to have been worn
